How Crop PDF works

Privacy

This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to a server, never stored by PDFZova, and never shared with anyone. Closing the tab discards them. The only exception is if a future tool is explicitly labelled as server-processed — this tool is not one of those.

Frequently asked questions

Is cropped content gone for good?

No — cropping hides it behind the new page box but leaves it in the file. Use Delete Pages or a redaction tool to truly remove content.

About Crop PDF

Wide white borders and scanner edges waste space on the page. Crop PDF trims margins from the top, bottom, left and right — measured in points — on all pages or only the ones you list. Cropping changes the visible area only; the underlying content stays in the file and can be revealed by resetting the crop, so it is not a way to permanently remove content.
